Parent coaching is one of my favorite services I offer!!

Because sometimes you don’t need another person telling you that you’re doing a great job.

You need someone who can help you understand what’s happening, figure out what to do differently, and actually support you through the hard stuff.

And I will not hesitate to get direct with you.

Not because I think you’re a bad parent. Not because I think you’re failing. But because I believe you’re capable of learning, growing, and doing things differently when something isn’t working.

✨ We can talk about the behavior.
✨ We can talk about what’s underneath it.
✨ We can talk about your own triggers, your capacity, and the patterns you’re trying to change.

And yes, sometimes I’m going to lovingly call you out 🫶🏾🤏🏾💖.

Because parent coaching isn’t about shame. It’s about understanding, connection, accountability, and having someone in your corner who will help you figure out what comes next.

I’m here to support you, celebrate you, and challenge you when you need it.

Direct, compassionate, and always on your team. 🤍

If you’re a parent who wants support navigating big emotions, ADHD, behavior, or the everyday chaos of raising kids, parent coaching might be exactly what you need!!

If your child is in the middle of a meltdown, that is not the time to teach the lesson.

I know it’s frustrating. You want them to understand what they did, take responsibility, and learn from it.

But when a child is overwhelmed, their brain is not in its best learning state. More talking, more questions, and more consequences often just add fuel to the fire.

Instead, try:

✨ Regulate first. Help them feel safe and supported.

✨ Use fewer words. “You’re having a really hard time. I’m here.”

✨ Hold the boundary. “I won’t let you hit. I’m going to help you stay safe.”

✨ Teach later. Once they’re calm, you can talk about what happened, repair, and practice what to do differently next time.

And if things did go sideways? That doesn’t make you a bad parent. Repair is always an option. 🤍

I created a FREE Parenting Repair Guide to help you navigate those moments when you lose your cool, your child loses theirs, or the whole situation just goes completely off the rails.

👇🏾Comment “REPAIR” and I’ll direct message you the link to my Stan Store to download it for FREE.

Save this for the next big feelings moment.
